Project Overview:
To centralize monitoring and improve response times, Lion Corporate established an OT Security Operations Centre (SOC). This initiative was designed to provide continuous oversight of critical OT assets and infrastructure.
Challenges:
- The existing IT SOC lacked visibility into OT environments.
- OT-specific threats were going undetected due to a lack of specialized tools.
- There was a need for dedicated analysts with OT expertise.
Solution:
Sydco designed and implemented an OT SOC solution with a focus on industrial control systems. The SOC was equipped with OT-aware monitoring tools, including Claroty, and staffed with analysts trained in ICS protocols and threat detection. Custom dashboards and alerting mechanisms were developed to support rapid triage and response.
Results:
- The organization achieved continuous monitoring of its OT environment.
